Vegan Baking Class: Baking with Fruit

In this class we look at how well vegan baking lends itself to baking with fruit, using fresh fruit, puree, zest and jam. You will make and take home:
​
- a 6 inch raspberry cake
- a dozen mango and lime cupcakes
- trifle cake jar
​
Everything used in the class is vegan. Recipes will be provided to take home along with notes and guidance.
​
Please note that this is a busy, practical class that takes 3 to 3.5 hours and you will be on your feet for most of it. You will need to wear suitable shoes and be comfortable standing for this amount of time.

Everything needed for the class will be provided. Class size is 2 people.
​
