VEGAN CREAM CAKES
These non-dairy whipped cream cakes are less sweet than other cakes. They are best baked and eaten on the same day but will keep fresh for a couple of days in the fridge. A 6 inch cake serves eight and an 8 inch cake serves sixteen.
The cream does not hold sugar decoration, but a glitter cake topper (£5) works well.​

Matcha sponge with matcha cream and strawberry jam (6 inch: £30, 8 inch: £45)

Mango sponge with mango curd, mango cream and fresh mango (£35)

Strawberry (not in winter) vanilla sponge layered and topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry cream (6 inch: £35, 8 inch: £50)

Summer fruit (not in winter) vanilla sponge layered with fresh strawberries & cream and topped with berries (6 inch: £35, 8 inch: £50)

These cakes can also be made as cupcakes (same price as a 6 inch cake)
